"I just want to thank you for the wonderful yoga course. I particularly found the squats against the wall helpful for my labour. I found that learning how to work through the pain helped me get through 15 hours of labour (most of it standing up). Also having some extra strength in my arms and legs was helpful when I had no tummy muscles after giving birth!"
